Modules
The Trackelio widget is organized into modules. Each module serves a distinct purpose, and you can enable or disable them individually per site from Sites > Widget > Modules in your dashboard.
When multiple modules are enabled, a tab bar appears at the top of the panel so users can switch between them. You can configure the default module and hide the tab bar if you want to present a single module only. See Configuration for those settings.
Feedback
Section titled “Feedback”The Feedback module is always enabled and serves as the primary channel for collecting user input.
- Type selector — Users choose between Bug Report, Feedback, or Feature Request.
- Title and description — Free-text fields for describing the submission.
- Guest name and email — Shown for anonymous visitors when guest fields are enabled.
- Screenshot — Capture a screenshot of the current page.
- Screen recording — Record a short video of the current tab or window.
- Element selection — Point to a specific element on the page to attach it to the submission.

The NPS (Net Promoter Score) module measures user loyalty with a single question: “How likely are you to recommend us?”
- 0-10 scale — Color-coded buttons ranging from red (detractors) through yellow (passives) to green (promoters).
- Follow-up textarea — After selecting a score, a follow-up question appears. The prompt text varies by category (detractor, passive, or promoter) and is configurable in the dashboard.
The CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) module collects a quick satisfaction rating.
- 5-star rating — Users select from 1 to 5 stars with hover effects for visual feedback.
- Optional comment — A textarea appears after rating, allowing users to elaborate.
Surveys
Section titled “Surveys”The Surveys module lets you build multi-step questionnaires directly inside the widget.
- Wizard-style flow — Questions are presented one at a time, keeping the interface clean and focused.
- Multiple question types — Supported types include multiple choice, free text, rating scale, and more.
- Branching logic — Route users to different follow-up questions based on their answers.
Surveys are created and managed from the dashboard under Surveys.
Messenger
Section titled “Messenger”The Messenger module provides an AI-powered chat experience inside the widget.
- Conversation history — Previous messages persist across page navigations within the same session.
- Suggested prompts — Pre-configured prompt buttons help users get started.
- Typing indicator — A visual indicator shows when the AI is composing a response.
Announcements
Section titled “Announcements”The Announcements module displays a list of updates and notices to your users.
- Card list — Each announcement shows a title, body text, and an optional call-to-action button.
- Dismissible — Users can dismiss individual announcements to clear them from the list.
Announcements are created from the dashboard under Announcements.
