Plans & Pricing

Trackelio offers two plans to fit different team sizes and needs. Both plans include access to core features like the widget, messenger, webhooks, surveys, NPS, CSAT, and analytics.

Trackelio uses Stripe for payment processing. Pro subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle.

  1. Open your Trackelio dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Billing in the sidebar.
  3. From this page you can:
    • View your current plan and billing cycle
    • Upgrade from Free to Pro
    • Switch between monthly and annual billing

For detailed billing management, you can access the Stripe customer portal directly from the Billing page. The portal allows you to:

  • Update your payment method — Add or change the credit card on file.
  • View invoices — Download past invoices for your records.
  • Cancel your subscription — End your Pro subscription. You will retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

When you upgrade to Pro, the new limits and features take effect immediately. There is no downtime or data migration required.

If you cancel your Pro subscription or it expires, your workspace reverts to Free plan limits at the end of the billing period. If your usage exceeds Free plan limits (for example, more than 50 posts or more than 1 workspace), existing data is preserved but you will not be able to create new items beyond the Free plan thresholds until usage is within limits.
